Prepare your data inventory

Buyers talk to dozens of sellers a day. The ones who move forward to a valuation can describe the shape of their data in one page. This is that page.

What goes in it

One line per software system your business has used. Rough numbers are fine; we'll confirm them later.

ColumnWhat to writeExample

What it holdsThe kind of work recorded thereInternal messaging between sales and ops

Be honest about the gaps

Tool switches

If you moved from WhatsApp to Discord to Slack, list each one with its years. Buyers credit full-context years, and internal messaging is one of the most important layers.

Missing functions

Note which parts of the business were never recorded in software, such as phone-only sales or paper job sheets.

No padding

Only list business data. Buyers verify everything during a 30-day acceptance window, and unrelated files get a deal cancelled.

Send us your inventory

We'll review it and come back with which buyers it fits and a realistic range, usually within two business days.
