These terms govern your use of this website, operated by ABCMB LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. By using it you agree to them.

Estimates are not offers

Payout estimates are illustrative ranges based only on the information you enter. They are not offers, valuations, or guarantees. Any payment is governed solely by a signed data license agreement.

Your submissions

You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you're authorized to submit it. Do not submit confidential business data, customer data, or health information through website forms.

Referral program

A $10,000 referral fee is paid once per referred company, to the first eligible referrer, after that company signs a data license agreement and the first buyer payment for its data clears. Referrers must have a genuine relationship with the company and may not misrepresent Paid4Data. Employees and existing clients' own staff are not eligible to refer their own employer. We may change or end the program at any time; referrals submitted before a change are honored under the prior terms. We may decline any referral. Fees may be subject to tax reporting.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to Paid4Data. Don't copy it for commercial use without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
