This policy explains how ABCMB LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Paid4Data ("Paid4Data," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares personal information through paid4data.com and related communications. It does not cover business data a company licenses to us under a signed data license agreement; that data is governed by the agreement.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, work email, phone, company name and website, role, company size, founding year, revenue range, industry, systems used, and anything you write in a form or email. Expert applicants also provide experience, LinkedIn profile, and availability. Referrers provide their own details and the referred company's contact.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location, collected by our hosting and analytics providers through server logs.
• Information from others: contact details of people at a company, when someone refers that company to us, and publicly available business contact information we use for outreach.

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our site analytics are cookieless. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to deliver the site securely.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule calls, and evaluate whether a company or expert is a fit.
• To prepare and perform agreements, including NDAs, data licenses, and referral payments.
• To send business communications about our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
• To secure, operate, and improve the website.
• To comply with law and enforce our terms.

Legal bases (UK and EEA)

We rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in running and marketing a business-to-business service, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent the personal information you submit through this website, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that host the site, process forms, send email, and schedule calls, under confidentiality obligations; with professional advisers; with a successor in a merger or sale of the business; or where required by law. Contact details you submit are never included in datasets licensed to AI labs.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you are outside the US, your information is transferred to and processed in the US. Where UK or EEA law requires it, we use recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep inquiry and lead records for up to 3 years after our last contact, and contract and payment records for as long as required for tax and legal purposes, typically 7 years. Then we delete or anonymize them.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and limited staff access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, to opt out of marketing, and to withdraw consent. Children

This website is for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post updates on this page with a new effective date, and notify you of material changes where required.
